Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TasteVision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
What TasteVision Does
- Transform food photos into professional-quality images using AI
- Full commercial rights to all generated images
- Typical processing time: 5-15 seconds per image
Token-Based System
1 Image = 100 Tokens
Secure payment via Stripe, tokens never expire
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- Generate images for restaurant menus and marketing materials
- Create content for food blogs and commercial campaigns
- Enhance food photography for social media and delivery platforms
Prohibited Activities
- Bypass usage limits, security measures, or platform restrictions
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Your Generated Images
- You own all rights to images generated using TasteVision
- Commercial use permitted - sell, license, or use for any business purpose
- No attribution required - you don't need to credit TasteVision
Your Uploaded Images
You retain all rights to uploaded images. We temporarily process them through AI and delete after 2 hours. We do NOT use your images for training.
Payment & Refunds
Token Purchases
- All payments processed securely through Stripe
- Tokens added to your account immediately upon payment
- Tokens never expire and remain in your account until used
Refund Policy
No refunds for successfully generated images
Exception: Refunds available only for technical failures on our end

Service Disclaimer
- TasteVision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee specific results or image quality outcomes
- AI-generated content may have imperfections or unexpected results
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the past 12 months
Governing Law & Disputes
Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by Polish law, regardless of your location
EU Users: EU users are also protected by GDPR and EU consumer protection laws
Dispute Resolution: Contact us first at hello@taste-vision.io. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by Polish courts
